Teach your dog to play frisbee!
The Colorado Disc Dogs present our annual "Spring Training" seminar. Learn from the pros!
this seminar is directly intended to help new or novice people and their dogs learn the sport of canine frisbee. You will learn dog training and handling skills, throwing skills, and get a chance to let your dog have some fun learning a game that is a terrific way to exercise and enjoy time with your fuzzy pal!
It is recommended that you bring a 6 foot NON-RETRACTABLE leash, water for your dog, and possibly a chair to sit in. Some of the activities are without the dog (learning to throw), so a portable dog kennel can be a very handy tool to have to keep your dog safe while you are learning new skills.
Please note that no electronic training collars are allowed at the event. They are not allowed on your dog -even turned off- during our seminar. No exceptions.
Couples and families can sign up, as this sport is for everyone.
You are welcome to bring a your current dog-safe discs to use in the seminar if you like. The club will have competition quality discs to borrow and for sale at the event as well.
Registration is ON SITE DAY OF THE EVENT:
Individual $50 | Additional Family $25 | Private Session $25/per session

The training seminar starts at 12 noon. It is advisable to get to the park at 11:30-11:45 to setup a space for your dog and register.
